4.4.1.How to manage ticket status? #

 

Add Ticket Status:

1. Click on the Add Ticket Status button.

2. Click on the Add button.

3. Enter the Status name and click on Add.

 

Edit Ticket Status:

1. From the list of ticket statuses, click on the the status you want to edit.

2. Enter the new name and click on Save.

 

Delete Ticket Status:

1. From the list of statuses, click on the “Delete” icon adjacent to the status you want to delete.

2. Click on Delate to confirm.
