4.9.How to manage calendar? #

  • The calendar can be found as shown in the main menu.


  • All the events are displayed on the calendar as shown. To create a new event, Click on the Add Event icon.


  • Enter the event details and click on Add Event.
    • Toggle the Notification toggle button, if you want a notification to be sent to you as a reminder for the event.



  • The event is now added to the calendar.


Create Event Type:

  • While on the create event side nav, click on the create event type icon.


  • Enter the details, choose an event colour and click on Add Event Type.
    • Check the Public Event checkbox to make the event type, a public event type. A public Event is visible to all staff.
