3.2.ow to manage Product Master Data? #

Create Product:

1. Products can be found under Track in the main menu.


2. Here all the product detail stored in the CRM are displayed.


3. Click on the “Create”(2) icon to create a new product.

4. Enter the details and click on “Add”.


Create Product Category:

1. Click on the “Category Option” icon(4).

2. On the side nav, Click on the “Create Category”(5) icon.


3. Enter the Category Name and click on Add.

4. To Edit(6) and Delete(7) categories, click on their respective icons.


Manage Columns:

1. By default, all the columns for the table are displayed. To manage the columns to be displayed, click on the “Filter Column” icon in the list view.

2. The list of columns will be displayed. Check the columns you want to be displayed. This option will be saved.
