4.4.How to create a ticket? #

Manage Tickets:

1. Tickets can be found under Track in the main menu.

2. To create a ticket, click ‘+’

3. Fill in all the details and then click ‘Add’.

NOTE: You can also add attachments to your ticket.

4. You can assign a User for the ticket as follows:

5. You can Mark a ticket as Open, In Progress, Answered or Closed by click on the more icon.
